How do you grade quality in a general contractor?

The top level Builder takes time to listen to you. As the Builder listens and a dialog is created it will become increasingly clear if the Builder is assisting the vision or disinterested. The interested Builder helps create, answer questions with substance and avoids design pitfalls. The Builder of experience has access to many resources and can assemble the necessary ingredients to fulfill the visionaries dream.

A fair study means due diligence, not a pie in the sky conjecture . Builders who know the full extent of the scope and are thorough will achieve promising results. Details are always the primary question and determine the flavor and direction of any project. As the plan takes the necessary steps to include details in the Construction Scope the end results will be Epic.
