One thing remains consistent: we will find solutions and solve problems before they become issues that otherwise shouldn’t have happened to begin with. Our eyes look ahead and we prefer to be on the cutting edge initially when the Design Team originates. This way we hear the core concerns and do everything necessary to see its fulfillment. We have implemented what we call our DesignPhase. This phase gives us the framework to consider and plan for surprisesthat could derail a project or create the need for contingency plans. Overview:
New Home Construction has been in our blood since 1977. Long before the Energy byword was muttered and there was a need for the Commerce Department to issue Licensing for Construction we were finding ways to Build the Best Energy Efficient Homes in Minnesota. As a result we have Built over 400 homes and have been involved in some way or another with several hundred additional homes.
